On February 1st 2011, Grandstand Sports was re-launched as Football Match.
Prior to this change, there was a common misconception across professional
football that Grandstand Sports was linked in some way to the player agency
Grandstand Football. For clarity, we have decided to adopt a brand new identity
which reflects the core services we have already successfully delivered to the
football industry for many years.
Despite the name change, our ultimate goal remains the same: to bring together
several different parties across our global network to participate in competitive
friendly matches and to deliver services that enable a club to successfully stage
their crucial pre-season training and fitness camps with the minimum of fuss.
